AXM Villas, a high-end boutique resort real estate project located in the Melasti area of Bukit Peninsula, Bali, comprises only 4 three-bedroom units, which are divided into two types: ocean-view and jungle-view. Payments are divided into five milestones. The projected rate of return for the full product series is 13-17%, while the Jungle Villa’s projected rate of return stands at 12.7-16.3%.
