The Ciputra Beach Resort, developed by the Ciputra Group, is located in Tabanan Regency on Bali’s west coast, adjacent to the famous local landmark Tanah Lot Temple. Spanning 80 hectares and boasting 1.7 kilometers of coastline, the property is an integrated community that includes residential buildings, public common areas, a hotel, and commercial facilities. It features combined views of mountains, the sea, and rice paddies, and is more tranquil than popular tourist areas in southern Bali.

This residential project is divided into three independent clusters. The villas currently available for sale have two main unit types, with indoor areas ranging from 180 to 260 square meters, and their respective public listed prices are 80,000 yuan per square meter and 92,000 yuan per square meter.

Two- and Three-Bedroom Villas
