Lumara Development Group is a Bali-based boutique real estate developer focused on investment-oriented villa projects in established lifestyle locations. The company is associated with Lumara Villas in Padonan, positioned between Canggu, Pererenan and Seseh, where demand is supported by beaches, cafés, beach clubs and the wider Canggu rental market. Its current project is presented as a limited collection of eight leasehold villas, with two remaining units and handover planned for December 2026.

Komang, Managing Director for Operations and Hospitality, is described as having 20 years of hands-on experience in Bali property development and villa management, while Karthic, Director of Growth and Performance Marketing, brings 17 years of marketing experience, including roles at Google and Grab. This combination positions Lumara as a developer focused not only on construction, but also on branding, rental performance, guest operations and long-term investor value in Bali’s villa market.
