Developed by Pride Building Group, Savanna Villas is situated in the Pandawa-Ungasan area of Bali’s Bukit Peninsula. It is a boutique residential project focused on the niche high-end market. All housing units launched in the current phase of this project are two-bedroom units. Their usable interior floor areas fall into two categories: 160m² and 165m². The units are priced starting from 270,000 US dollars, with prices fluctuating based on unit layout and building location. Units are scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2026, and buyers may compare and select units across multiple dimensions including interior area, orientation, and other relevant criteria.

This real estate project was designed by Creator Architects around a warm-toned visual color palette. Its design integrates modern minimalism, sandy natural textures, and African-inspired decorative details, with an orange sun motif as the core element. It not only sets itself apart from conventional tropical villas that feature standard neutral color schemes, but also delivers full practicality for daily use.
