A 44 Hectare Creative City in Bali, where the first Nuanu Hotel investment hotel, X_HOTEL, will be located. The hotel, covering 8,400 m² (90,300 ft²), comprises 41 designer rooms with standard rooms located to the front, "corner" suites boasting balconies, and several expansive mezzanine units. They have an oriental Balinese influence, in line with the Balinese philosophy of the Tri Hita Karana- harmony between people, nature, and spirit, using teak, stone, and soft lighting to create a sophisticated yet serene ambiance. The hotel offers a 420 m² pool, a restaurant for up to 70 people, a bar accommodating 20 guests, as well as exclusive access to Nuanu's cultural, artistic, and wellness spaces. Here, experiences are everything from Daniel Popper sculptures to the world's largest wood-fired dome sauna.
