Units at OXO The Pavilions mimic private villas as opposed to traditional apartments, embodying a low-density residential approach to privacy and wellness. There are only a few residences (some 26 pavilions) in the project, ensuring limited density and the highest long-term value positioning in this prestigious region.
Biophilic design principles and integration with nature are central to the concept, so every unit is designed as an independent living quarter. The architectural approach, developed in collaboration with Precht Studio, emphasizes natural materials and open layouts, as well as a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. This dual-function structure supports both residential and short-term rental use, reflecting the growing trend toward wellness living.
The unit plans are prioritised based on functional zoning, natural light, and privacy. Bangkok has a wide variety of choices, from Canal-side villas with garden terraces to open-plan living areas. Space is not about maximizing density; it is about quality of living — each pavilion tailored for tranquility and balance.
One of the great aspects about all of their buildings is that with this design philosophy, centres around wellbeing, architecture aligns with lifestyle rather than simply aesthetics. In at least project positioning terms, OXO The Pavilions marks one of the first developments in Bali designed to centre on wellness living, with meaningful spatial planning applied to a curated residential experience.
The international-themed units are designed to serve as both private homes and cash-generating assets. With only a small number of villas made available and their high architectural quality, combined with a wellness-oriented concept, they will be well-placed in the premium part of the Bali rental market.
Ownership can be convenient for buyers, as it accommodates their lifestyle, allowing them to use the villa during personal stays while enjoying managed rental operations. This dual-use model increases occupancy potential and supports stable returns, particularly in markets with growing demand for experiential and wellness-oriented accommodation.
