All units are fully furnished, so no additional preparatory work is required.

The standard unit layouts of this residential development project include one-bedroom units of approximately 58.1 sqm, two-bedroom units of approximately 87 sqm, and three-bedroom units of approximately 104 sqm. There are also variant layouts: two-bedroom units ranging from 87 sqm to 93.6 sqm, and three-bedroom units with a maximum size of approximately 110.2 sqm. These offerings can meet the diverse needs of homebuyers, spanning from compact owner-occupancy to hosting family and guests.

All residential units in this project are equipped with a uniform set of interior configurations. The official payment structure of this project is a 30% initial down payment, with the remaining 70% eligible for interest-free installment payments through to project completion. An optional custodial managed lease model is also available. The developer advertises that participants can earn a contracted 10% return in the first year, followed by an annual return rate of 12% in subsequent years.
