The Springs Jimbaran Villas

The Springs Jimbaran in Jimbaran is a gated residential community that houses a total of 113 Balinese-style villas. Designed by the Indonesian architectural firm Grounds Kent Arsitek Indonesia, its unit layouts are tailored to meet the needs of daily and long-term residence, integrating private dwellings with public amenities, landscape environments, and resort-style services.

All four categories of villas in the community can be held under permanent ownership. The buildings use natural materials, and their interior spaces are connected to private outdoor areas. The community also launches one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom unit layouts suitable for different families, including compact units and large family-sized units. Each unit is marked with an exclusive name, as well as parameters for its plot and building area, to cover the diverse property purchase needs of different buyers.

Location and Resident Facilities

The Springs Jimbaran is adjacent to all beaches, transport hubs, and landmarks in southern Bali. It takes only about 20 minutes to drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport, and roughly 10 minutes to reach Nusa Dua Beach. The Kunyit unit type includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and is fitted with a spacious living room, balcony, and private pool. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom unit types come with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a pool. Bedrooms are laid with Gracewood engineered wood flooring; marble is used in the living rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning units are installed to fit the scale of the villa. All unit types reserve pre-installed interfaces for water heaters, internet, and cable TV. Indoor furniture is not included, so owners can arrange their own furnishings based on their needs.

Larger unit types add an en-suite bathroom, open indoor spaces, and a garden adjacent to the unit. The one-bedroom unit type is divided into separate rest, living, and working zones. Prospective buyers must confirm with the agency the availability of the property, its price, delivery terms, and detailed contract terms.
